A group of students from Kennedy School organised an exhibition about animal trade, especially shark fin trade. They educated their classmates about the importance of sharks to humans and to the marine ecosystem. Great job! Thank you for dedicating your efforts to shark conservation.
We were invited to the NGO Sharing Day ” Agents for Change” where we shared our mission to more than 1200 Y6 students. We provided information about HKSF and shark finning issues during talks which aid students in preparing their Exhibition Project. Today, we visited YMCA Hong Kong of Christian College for their International Fun Fair. The Fun Fair, themed as Ocean Odyssey, had attracted over 3000 visitors and we were very lucky to encounter ocean and shark lovers. HKSF visited the Victoria Kindergarten’s Belcher campus and gave a talk to 90 K2 students on Nov 10th. We received a photo frame from the students as a souvenir (How cute!) In return, 10 HKSF t-shirts were given out to these lovely and bright students!
