Our ambassadors from West Island School set up a booth at their Christmas Fun Day. They represented HKSF to educate their schoolmate about shark conservation. We are happy that students had fun there and ambassadors worked hard for sharks! We hope more and more students are willing to help sharks!
We had a talk at Tung Wah Group of Hospitals S. C. Gaw Memorial College on the 11th December! We were glad to educate secondary students about shark conservation! Hope they enjoyed the talk!
We went to Victoria Shanghai Academy to convey the message of shark conservation and promote the Ambassador Programme. We were glad to recruit 22 new members of our programme and we are looking forward to work with them in the future!
We went to Victoria (Belcher) Kindergarten School on the 26th November to give out talk about shark conservation and shark finning. Students were actively participated and we hope they could join us in the near future!
We had school talk at LKWFS Chu Sui Lan Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten School on the 20th November. We hope to spread the message of shark conservation and the issue of shark finning. We were happy that all students enjoyed the talk!
We held talk at Mui Wo Owls School, Gigamind Kindergarten and PLK Dr. Jimmy Wong Chi-Ho (Tin Sum Valley) Primary School! Using PowerPoint, we convey the message of shark conservation and the impact of shark finning. We hope they enjoyed the talk and are willing the support us!
Ailson and Madeleine’s family visited HKSF office in order to learn more about shark conservation issues. It not only educated the kids about shark conservation but also the whole family about the importance of ocean.
Mr. Lee from Big Brother English held a storytelling event at the Maritime Museum on 18th Oct. He told an adventurous story about the ocean and helped spread the message of shark conservation. Both the kids and their parents enjoyed the reading immensely! We hope that they could help spread the message in the future!
Ms. Sarah Lazarus and daughter Poppy visited HKSF office in order to learn more about shark conservation issues. It is so generous of them that they made donation to HKSF to support our work.
Students from Renaissance College came to the office of HKSF and had an interview. Through the interview, they knew more about shark finning and shark conservation. They hope to spread the message the others by holding talks in kindergarten.
