“There is wide support for the Shark Fin Sales Elimination Act with bill 241 cosponsors — 197 Democrats, 44 Republican Senators in the House. This bill has passed through both bodies of Congress and lawmakers are working to reconcile the language before passing onto President Biden to sign.

Originally submitted in the 113th Congress, we now have the greatest hope of passage. Please share this petition as we continue to lobby for support to ensure the bll does not get stripped before moving ahead to the President’s desk (as happened in 2020 by Senator Marco Rubio).
