To have a healthy ocean, we need healthy aquatic animals like sharks. Yet ocean conservation and aquatic welfare advocacy has been completely soiled and our work is becoming more challenging. I will be joining an esteemed panel at The Aquatic Life Institute’s upcoming “2nd Aquatic Life Conference” to discuss “How Ocean Conservation and Aquatic Animal Welfare Advocates Can Better Collaborate Together”. Panelists include Harry Eckman from the World Cetacean Alliance, Lakshmi Venkataraman from Humane Society International India and Hong Kong Shark Foundation 香港護鯊會.
If you work for an NGO, welcome to join us for a lively zoom chat on how we as NGO’s can work together more productively and collaborate more to promote ocean conservation and aquatic animal welfare on Thursday November 18th at 9:30 pm Hong Kong time (8:30 am US EST).
