OUR MISSION

Our mission is to raise awareness about shark conservation and the urgent need to stop the unsustainable consumption of ALL shark products, particularly shark fins.

We engage youth, individuals and companies on meaningful ways to save the world's sharks, starting from tackling the consumption of shark products in our daily lives. With over 50% of the world’s shark fin being traded through Hong Kong alone, we have a rare opportunity through our local efforts to make a significant impact on a global scale.

Take Sharks Off The Menu!

Help us Take Sharks OFF the Menu! Sign the petition asking the Tao Heung Group to stop selling shark products in all of their 160 restaurants across Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Human activity is responsible for an estimated 100 million shark deaths globally every year. One of the key drivers is the excessive demand for shark fin.  Tao Heung Group are one of the largest catering groups across both Hong Kong and Mainland China and the impact of changing their menu will have effects far beyond the dishes they serve.
